Strategy and Fundraising Lead

Nadeem Hussain

My name is Nadeem Hussain. I am a policy researcher and strategist. I will help Tabarak with all facets of the project, primarily focusing on fundraising and media strategy. I co-founded the TCF Alumni Development Program (ADP) and served on its Governing Body for more than a decade. I was a member of the core committee that built the TCF College model and remained on its Advisory Council for about 5 years. I have worked with the central bank and state governments in Pakistan, UND, World Bank, and the IMF. I have also published two books with Oxford University Press (OUP), The Economy of Modern Sindh (OUP, 2019) and Agents of Change (OUP, 2021)

RUNNING COACH

Aaron Perez

My name is Aaron Perez and I am a physical therapist and running performance coach. I’ve been a physio for 10 years and run coach for 5 years. I’m honored to support Tabarak and offer guidance for his training as he takes on this incredible challenge to trek across Pakistan. I believe that the human body is capable of incredible feats because the human spirit is meant to endure. There’s a saying in endurance sports, “Where the mind goes, the body will follow.” In meeting with Tabarak, I’m convinced he is fully committed to his goal and has already shown incredible determination. I’m excited to see him continue training and begin his trek this Fall. LFG!! 🙂
